Hi there! I’m Angela.
I work at Electronic Ink in the Philadelphia office as a principal of design research. I’ve been working on information design in one form or another since 1997, first as a print designer, then a web manager and now as a user researcher/usability consultant.
My particular interests center around content readability and web accessibility. For a while I was working toward my doctorate in communications design at the University of Baltimore, researching the web strategies of adults with low literacy skills. For now, let’s just say I’m ABD (all but dissertation) and leave it at that.
